Account Removal Request - Smart Attendance

This page allows you to request the removal of your account from the Smart Attendance application provided by Goldwind.

⚠️ Important Notice

Account removal is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including attendance records, profile information, and settings will be permanently deleted from Smart Attendance.

What happens when you delete your account?

All your personal information will be permanently removed from Smart Attendance
Your attendance history and punch records will be deleted
You will no longer be able to access the Smart Attendance application
Any pending leave requests will be cancelled
This action cannot be reversed

Before you proceed

Please consider the following alternatives:

Temporary deactivation: Contact your administrator to temporarily disable your account
Data export: Request a copy of your data before deletion
Account transfer: Transfer your account to another email address

Processing Time

Account removal requests are typically processed by Goldwind within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your Smart Attendance account has been successfully removed.
