• Photos taken during punch-in/out for identity verification

Location Data

• To verify attendance location during working hours
• To maintain accurate time tracking and attendance records

Location data is collected only when users grant permission through their device settings.

We do not sell or share users' location information with third parties except where required for attendance management services.

Users can disable location access at any time through their device settings; however, some attendance-related features may not function properly without location access.

Contacts Data

Our application may request access to your device contacts for the following purposes:

• To help you invite coworkers and colleagues to use the Smart Attendance app
• To facilitate sharing of attendance-related information with team members
• To enable quick selection of contacts when sending app invitations via WhatsApp, SMS, or other messaging platforms

Important Information About Contacts Access:

• Contacts are accessed only after you explicitly grant permission through your device settings
• Contact information is accessed only when you actively choose to invite someone
• We do not store, upload, or transmit your contacts to our servers
• Contact data is used solely on your device for the purpose of selecting recipients for app invitations
• We do not sell, share, or distribute your contact information to any third parties
• You can revoke contacts permission at any time through your device settings

The invite feature will continue to work without contacts permission by allowing you to share invitation links directly through other apps, though you won't be able to select specific contacts from your address book.

How We Use Your Information

Goldwind uses the information collected through Smart Attendance to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our time tracking services
• Process attendance records and generate reports
• Verify employee identity and location during punch-in/out
• Communicate with you about your account and our services
• Ensure security and prevent fraud
